hi friends,
i am trying to apply distributed/variable heat flux over a rectangular surface. i thought profile with mesh option would be best choice other than writing a udf. In fluent manual, syntax is given and i tried but not working.Problem is whenever i try to apply a mesh load, i am getting profile variables like point and even point load is also applied on surface.i will upload my profile file later as i don't have it with me..so i have attached the fluent syntax with this post....Any detail about writing a profile will be really helpful....
thank you for your time....
