Default Difference between Fluent and CFX

Dear friends,
In fact I have simulated the flow of water in a long tube with flattened sections with gravity effects, unfortunately the fluent solves the flow not correctly and I think that fluent does not uses gravity effects but I have solved this problem with CFX and CFX solves the flow field very good and CFX uses gravity effects, does anybody know the reason of this problem, the figure of a contour of CFX and Fluend is attached.
