thermal conductivity dependence on temp.

is there any temperature dependence relation for metals' thermal conductivity in fluent or anywhere else????

Hi Vinod,
if you are looking for a k=f(T), I suggest a piecewise linear or polynomial in which you can define the function that links conductivity and temperature :)

Piece-wise linear will give you a more stable solution.

Try searching something with Google, for example this:

http://www.nist.gov/data/nsrds/NSRDS-NBS-8.pdf

or some book like this:

"Correlations for the Thermal Conductivity of Metals as a Function of Temperature"
S. I. Abu-Eishah
