Hi everyone, I am solving a simple case: dispensing thick polymer in air, which is a conjugate heat transfer multiphase flow problem.

My question is how to appropriately setup the residual criteria, such as continuity and volume of fraction?

The reason I pop up this question is that I found the energy residual, when it goes to 10^-8, the answer is definitely wrong, when it goes to 10^-10, it seems reasonable.

However, when energy goes to 10^-10, the continuity residual and volume of fraction seems weird so the profile seems questionable. The polymer significantly get significantly swelling as in the picture.

Any opinions? Thank!
