Dear ALL,

i am studying each of the 3 property of porosity namely the face permeability he porous medium thickness and the pressure jump coefficient.

I AM CONFUSED TO ONE SOLUTION THAT I GOT.

Face permeability Porous Thickness Pressure Jump Coefficient

1e-10 0.01 400
1e10 0.01 400

so from those 2 graphs we can see that the initial and final velocity remain the same. And the graph follow the same trend..

please i need a coherent explanation on that phenomena.

regards
zaynah
