Does ANSYS Fluent contain any sort of immersed boundary method ?

Not by default, but an external module is available, which is developed by Cascade Technologies (Stanford CTR, Moin, Iaccarino etc.). I don't know if the module can be requested at Ansys or Cascade Technologies or both. However note that as meshing is a core business from Ansys, very few details are known about this module and it is even hard to know about its existence.
