Default some problems with VOF model

I'm doing a simulation of water vapor condensation, it's need UDFs to complish the mass and heat transfer. According to many references, they all use the UDF in the fluent's help(a UDF about film boiling). The problem is when I do the same thing ,I can even not see the phenomenon of condensation, so I have confused for a long time,could anyone have the same problem, waiting for some experts' heip!

Don't know about UDF. But are you using Eulerian Model. In that it gives Multi fluid VOF option.

Might be that's helpful for your case.
