Default I need to do two domains in FLuent!!

Hello everyone ... I wanted to ask if I can help me in to do two domains in fluent ... I need to model a flow through a series of tubes (photo), but do not know how to make the internal flow to make the mesh I hope I can help ... thank you in advance ...!

I think that you dont required two domain. whole of geometry is one domain.after you draw geometry(solid tube and not hollow tube) It needs that you set all perimeter boundary condition of tube as no slip. Input and output of tube set as velocity inlet and pressure outlet, respectively.
