problem in microchannel

hi friends
i simulate a t shape micro reactor with fluent .cross section of it is 0.8*1 mm^2 and and i setpressure outlet =0 and velocity inlet for it . flow is laminar and fluid is liquid-water. but when i compare exprimental data and simulation data i see a big error . simulation data is very smaller than exprimental data and there is different in pressure and other things sound correct
what should i do???
please help me . its very important for me
thank you in advance

Whats kind of error? What did you measure in the experiment. There can be a lot of reasons.
