Gambit size function during meshing

Default Gambit size function during meshing

crispysalt is on a distinguished road

I have a large box with 2 smaller boxes inside of it. When I am applying size function to the volume to limit the number of cell in between the two smaller boxes, what should I choose for source and attachment? What does it means?
