How to predict m-evp in two phase flow?

Hi i want to predict m-evaporated that transformed from the lower phase in picture attached to the upper phase (steam) the lower phase is saturated water and the two phases flowing in a square duct 1 m x 1 m area? any suggestions pls?

N.B : m-evp=mass inter the domain - mass leave the domain

Thanks

You should use a multiphase model (VOF) and write a UDF for evaporation rate.

Thanks msaeed for the reply. The mass of evaporation is define as below:

mevp=Q/hfg

where Q is the heat rate added
hfg heat of evaporation

how i can write UDF for it ?
