[ansys fluent] problems of running ANSYS 12.1 fluent module
 

Hello everybody,

when I try to start FLUENT of ansys 12.1, the starting window only appears for a few seonds and then shuts down and get the following error:

The OS of the platform is windows7, and the ANSYS is 12.1 version. Can anybody help me on this please?

I have same problem. up!

It may be a license issue. Check your license settings and make sure it knows where the license file is located and that it can access it.

I tried all license solutions that can not solve the problem. There is no error massage in debug log files.

In my license manager status:
Licensing interconnect: running
Licensing interconnect monitor: not running
Flexlm: not running
