flow speed vs CL

Hi,all.During the simulation,I encountere three questions .
1.For airfoil,the higher flow speed,the higher CL,isn't it right?
2.The same airfoil of different chord lengths, how could I ensure the same Cl? The same Re number or something else?
3.Is the lift of airfoil proportional to the chord length?
Any kind of help be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards!

no wrong. CL is inversely propotional to velocity as defined by relation CL=L/0.5*density*V^2*S

Yup same Re. No and also same Mach. No if the flow is supersonic

Obviously increase in chord means increase in surface area. More surface area will produce more lift
