Error during the installation of Fluent

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to install Ansys Fluent on a Windows 8. At the beginning of the installation, it appears an error message, due to the copy of 7zip file. (image) I'm new in all this, and I'm not sure if you can help me with this, but, thanks anyway. P.S: Forgive my Spanish English |
