I have a question hope somebody answer me it. I need to view contours of pressure as monitor with each time step? is that possible?

Yes it is.
Under "calculation activities", you can enable autosaves at every timestep.

Hi thanks for the reply. I want view it during run i not need to use auto-save i knew this method? I think viewing contour is possible by define commands but I do not know what I need to write in command line to view the pressure contours ? Thanks again?

Calculation activities >> Solution animations (bottom most option) >> Create
Define frequency of iterations/timestep, tick the contours and define them as you want.
Note the window it is assigned to during the process.

When you run calculation, and open the window that was assigned for the contours, you will see the contours updating.
