Am doing a heat transfer problem and hence I want to find the temperature values at each seconds...and I am not aware of that ..how to find that..in steady state we get only one value..but in transient how to do that...?? Kindly guide me please....

You need to save all transient values of interest during your calculation. You can not do that after the calculation!
Go to "Calculation Activities" -> "Solution Animation" to store a whole plot at each timestep or go to "Monitors" to store single values (surface or volume integrals, single point values) during each timestep.
And please stop posting your problem twice... people could feel mucked and stop answering you...
