excuse me please help me about my new project :
I have a big problem about a plate heat exchanger , in fluent software after iteration and converging, inlet and outlet temperatures are true but when I want to calculate heat transfer its wrong, and pressure diffrence is very high what is problem?

Change the mesh size, time step, relaxation factors and discretization schemes
