Fan Coil in a Room

Hello,
I'm working on a Fan Coil in a room (see attached picture) and I want to simulate also the flow inside the radiator without drawing completely the fan, in order to decrease the computational time. Therefore I can't just set inlet and outlet of the fan coil neglecting the fan inside...

I never worked with Fan Boundary Condition: does anyone know if it can be useful for my job? If so, how can I set it?
Otherwise, which kind of boundary condition should I use?

Sorry for my bad english

Regards
