Hi !
I am running a simulation of an airlift reactor which is externally illuminated (downcomer region receives light). It is an air-water system with the air being sparged from the bottom at a uniform superficial velocity. I'm using the discrete ordinates model for radiation modelling. I would like to :

a) Assume there are suspended particles within water and track their trajectories.

b) Get a profile of the light exposure of these particles as it moves through the downcomer and riser.

Could someone tell me how this is done ? Any tutorials related to this problem will also be of great help
