Modeling Flash-condensation

Hi,

I am modeling a flash-condensation process using FLUENT 12.1. The simulation starts when a working fluid jet at lower temperature is introduced into a cylinder where the vapor phase of that same working fluid is immersed, thus initiating a rapid condensation.

I try to set up this problem with the Mixture Multiphase Model with mass transfer enabled. However, since there are two "main phases" (liquid and vapor) and a third phase (liquid droplets), how should I define the primary phase and secondary phases? What's the difference between them in FLUENT?

I have just begun my simulation and I'll be updating problems (and perhaps solutions) in this post. Thank you for your answers.
