Hi,
I am trying to understand the process of generating an algorithm for splitting the flow field (obtained through CFD ) into homogeneous zones to be used by chemkin for processing the pollutants.
I have so far understood the required input variables to be processed in the algorithm but what i dont understand is the output of the file.
How do i actually split the physical mesh into zones!!(or should i just continue by splitting the mixture fraction into zones without dealing with the actual mesh). This is more of a problem because i dont know how chemkin works and i am yet to understand that as well!!

if anybody can shed any kind of light upon this topic (help files or logic behind splitting the zones) i will be really thankful.
I have the fluent cas and data files, if required.

Thanks a lot
