Difference between multispecies and multiphase flows

Could some one please explain the difference between multispecies and multilphase flows in fluent.

I mean it is possible to have a mixture of water-liquid and water-vapor in the speciestransport options so even by a multispecies approach it is possible to have a mixture of different phases.

I think the species would be more relevant when there are chemical reactions involved. However if there is only mass/momentum transfer without reactions, then you can simply use multiphase.
