DPM particle traCKING

sir

I have a channel 50 microX 50 microX1000 micro length channel...
fluid water flow rate 50 microlitre/min
i need to have polystyrene particle inside the channel.
I need to track that one particle and find out the extra pressure drop produced by that Particle inside the channel

I am using DPM model

My inlet BC i gave is mass flow inlet
Outlet BC is outflow

in which steady or unsteady DPM is done?
how i can exactly put one particle inside the channel .
Which scheme i prefer

How can i find out the track of that single particle...and the animation of that particle track............
