viscous heating and constant wall temperature

Hi
I am simulating microflow. My simulation is 2D with inlet temp. 350K and two walls with 300k. The inlet and outlet pressure condition. I want to keep constant wall temperature. I added viscous heating term. I get the result which seems wrong. The simalation should give negative heat flux, but it gives positive heat flux. Also Tm (Mean temperature) should greater than wall temperature. But Tm is less than Tw ( wall temp).

Can anybody explain why?
Thanks in advance.

dear abir
you must adjust refrance value in fluent. such as inlet area, length and etc
thanks
