Default RMS velocity and reynolds stres with fluent

I have do a simulation with fluent, i use k-e model.
can anyone tell me how to plot root mean square (rms) velocity and reynolds stress in fluent.

teethfish is on a distinguished road
if you use RANS, you cannot get the data
if you use DES or LES, you can enable the data sampling when you start your computation, then you can find them in the unsteady variables
