Dilute species rxn
Hi All,
I have a case of modelling a dilute species decomposition rxn in a heated tube reactor. The carrier gas is helium and constitutes 99.9% mole fraction of the incoming gas while the specie is the rest and can be called A. Under heating, reaction A -> B + C will happen. I want to use species transport + volume rxn to solve the problem. My question is: when I define the mixture, should I define the list as: A B C helium Should helium be one of the specie? Thanks! |
