Dear alireza,

I do not recomment Fluent to study nanofluid. This is a very specific problem that should be analized by an open software.
Fluent do not let you to change the code

You have to write your own code for solving the nanofluids flow problems and the governing equations are quite complicated in comparison to the viscous regular fluid equations.
Mostly, researchers are solving these equations using the order of magnitude assumptions i.e., proposed by Prandtl.
