Hi every one,

i am new to this forum. i have just started using fluent. i am getting some problem in turbulent channel flow simulation by RANS in fluent 6.2. i have tried channel flow by constant mass flow rate and constant press grad via various models like std k-e, RNG k-e, rk-e and k-w but in all these simulation i am not getting the pressure values right. Actually it should be a gradual decrease in the pressure from inlet to outlet but i am not getting that. Velcity profile is ok.

What i assume that i am not getting a turbulent flow during simulation...

If anybody can provide me some help on that.
