Hi all.
i modeled pipe in fluent. boundary condition : inlet mass flow inlet. out: pressure outlet, and constant heat flux at ambient of pipe.i use k and Epsilon turbulent model and my fluid is methane.when i run my problem this error appear : "turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 100000 at .... face" please help. thanks

In order to achieve a stable solution Fluents limits some parameters like turbulent viscosity if they exceed a given limit (which may be changed according to user needs) during the calculations. You shouldn't worry about that and let the solver perform more iterations. After some calculations (sometimes few hundreds of iterations, sometimes few thousands depending on mesh size and solver settings) this error should dissapear. In other case, you should revise your mesh and solver settings (especially boundary conditions).
