Hi,
I am simulating a 2D VAWT using a sliding mesh and I get excessive values of torque (cm). Maybe I am defining wrong the values of area, length and depth in the section "Reference Values". Someone can help me? The velocity inlet (wind velocity) is 5 m/s, the angular velocity w= 20 rad/s for a TSR=2. I attached a picture with the measures of the Vawt. Thank you very much. |
