simulate microspheres in a vessel

Dear all,

I would like to simulate the behaviour of microspheres (diameter about 10*10-6m) inside vessels (diameter:1-4 mm) with Fluent and have no idea at the moment how to do this!
Do I have to use a Multiphase-flow (which would make everything much more difficult) or can I use kind of particle-tracking? And how can I set this up? Is there a good tutorial somebody knows?
It would be really nice if somebody could help me!
Thanks a million!

I just found the "Discrete Phase Model". Would this be an option for the microspheres simulation and how do I have to proceed? I am thankful for any hint!

Modeling the microspheres with the discrete phase model is the right choice. If you come across a good tutorial on this topic please let me know.
