flow Maldistribution in air conditioning
 

I'm simulating the flow maldistribution in the air conditioning/refrigeration cycle, just before the evaporator,i.e. no heat transfer, only flow maldistribution due to flow stratification inside the air conditioner distributor.
My case is one phase, but it can be 2 phase flow also.
I was wondering if anyone has done/is doing anything similar, so I can refer to their work as my validation, since it's almost impossible to get experimental results for that, due to the pressure drop caused by the flow measurements.
