Quiescent air around wall

Hey there,

I am working on a model to see the behavior of fluid when x and y momentum sources are implemented at some positions.

It is a 2D rectangular domain so think the bottom edge as wall, which the momentum sources are implemented just over the wall at some specifed positions. My question is how to model quiescent air around this wall ?

I've tried to use pressure outlet conditions for the rest of the edges, even though the main part of the flow is as expected, there are some non-physical behaviour at the downstream. And I've convergence issues with continuity as well.

Note: I see that everything is nice and expected when I use velocity inlet and pressure outlet conditions to define a flow over the wall.

Note 2: I use SST turbulence model with y+<<1

Could you give me some tips on this ?
