Hi all,
When adding thickness to a wall in the boundary conditions, in which direction is the "thickness" added to a boundary? I have two flows seperated by a wall which I wish to add thickness to. However I need to know in which direction the wall thickness is added in order for me to calculate the correct hydraulic diameter. Any help is much appreacited. Thanks in advance. |

The thickness does not affect the hydraulic diameter.
It only affects the conductive heat transfer properties of the wall. |
