[FLUENT] [ICEM] Initialisation with a soluton of a different mesh

Hello community,

I'm doing a analysis of a rocket engine for my master thesis. I have designed a 2D mesh with ICEM CFD and transferred it to FLUENT directly without using the workbench. Unfortunately, the flow is so complex that it must run in transient mode for a long time to get significant results. It is calculating now for 4 weeks to get 0.5s of real time. However, with this solution it has even been possible to identify a steady state.

Now, I want to investigate other meshes but I don't want to wait that long for the results again. I know that it is possible to initialize new meshes which have the same geometry with an existing solution, if the ANSYS mesher and the workbench are used. Is there any possibility to do the same by using only FLUENT and ICEM?
The transition of the 2D grid from ICEM to FLUENT didn't work within workbench. So using workbench is no option.

Thank you very much in advance,
Bruno
