Hi
I was refering fluent manual for getting suitable scheme for my problem. It says PISO scheme is for transient analysis. Since i require large time step of the order of 10s should i go for NITA option under transient formulation. When i do this my time step goes to very low of the order of 10e-5s. which does not solve the purpose. plz guide me which scheme is suitable for my case. As per Fluent manual CFL number is very high for transient calculation of the order of 10e7, will it not effect on the time step size. In order to formulate the mushy zone it is recommended to go for Lagrangian approach. How could we set these approaches(Eulerian approach or Lagrangian) |
