new turbulence model in Fluent

Hi all,

I'm going to define a low-reynolds-model based turbulence model in Fluent.
I have a question: in the general strategy for defining a new turbulence model in Fluent, it is always necessary to select the default model first. As I'm trying implement the LS k-e turbulent model, do I need select the standard k-e model with enhanced wall treatment or the Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model?
Anyone can help?
