How to do CFD fluent of 3D Pipe of finite length?

how can i do cfd of finite length only 3D pipe using CFD fluent in ansys 12..i having results with 2d laminar flow throw pipe...need to do with 3D finite length pipe also procedure to validate the problem..plzz solve these
