laminar flow over a flat plate blasius comparison
 

hi,

i was doing laminar flow over a flat plate in fluent as a practice case and comparing the velocity profile with that obtained from blasius solution. this problem is done extensively as tutorial in cornell's fluent module. my results are same as them. even in their tutorial velocity profile graph from fluent doesn't match with blasius.

anybody shed some light on the matter,why fluent results are differen from blasius???
