Default How to draw S pipe in 3D

Hi I need to plot S pipe as 3D geometry with diameter 20 mm and has contraction at the middle of it (diameter after contraction is 15 mm) anybody can assist me with it please?

This question is vague. If this is only about creating a geometry, you can post it in a CAD forum.
