Fluid-Fluid heat transfer

Hey guys,

I'm trying to simulate a vertical cylinder with a water tube within. The water has a certain temperature at the inlet and is supposed to transfer the containing heat to the sorrounding material.

I have no heat transfer in this fluid-fluid problem and I think the problem is that the two zones are not properly connected because there is no interface shadow. You have an idea what I did wrong?

If I name the surface in between "interface", the only thing I get instead of the interface shadow are two addional walls...one for the fluid and one for the solid...how do I get the shadow?
