hi, i am modelling pollutant dispersion from street using Fluent 14.0.
i am specifying road as amass flow inlet from where CO(kg/s) is emitted. I want to specify a vertical velocity of 0.1 m/s. using mass flow inlet, i cannot specify the velocity.
kindly suggest a solution

Prashant

If you are setting the velocity and the properties of the inlet gas, aren't you by default setting the mass inflow rate and hence don't have to use a mass flow inlet?
