Default Fluent & CFD code calculate Static pressure

Dear All,
I want to check how Fluent and CFD code calculate static pressure. Is static pressure calculated directly from Momentum Conservation equations? Could we have other way to call static pressure?

Please reply me if anyone have idea about this.
