Hello
i want to integrate the pressure around the journal of a hydrodynamic bearing, (its like having to coeccentric cylinders the inner is rotating the outter is stationary, pressure distribution equals the gravity force of the journal after the center of the journal moves in a non coeccentric place ) i am adding the relative stationary pressure and the operating pressure and i need the velocity for the dynamic pressure. ptot=F_P(f,ft)+p_oper+0.5*r*v^2 should i use the velocity of the adjacent to the face cell or the mean velocity of all the cells between the stationary and the moving wall? (please look the jpeg) thanks |
