Hi to all,
I am simulating a steam turbine secondary flow problem in Fluent.

My inlet & outlet BC Total and Static Pressure are 3.88 MPa & 3.33 Mpa respectively.I am solving for Compressible flow (Density - Ideal gas).

I tried,

1. segregatted and coupled solver with various under relaxation factors

2. Raising the pressure ratio for every 50 iterations

3.Standard and Hybrid intialization

4. Mass flow inlet BC and Pressure outlet BC

But none of these methods are working for me to get good intialization and convergence. However mesh quality is also good.

Colud any one suggest me some tricks to solve this issue.

Thanks in advance.
