[Fluent]Sinking of non melted material during phase change

Hey guys,

I would like to simulate the melting behaviour of a paraffin in a horizontal cyclindric container.

In the middle of the container streams water with a defined temperature T(0). The heat is transfered trough the tube wall into the pcm causing it to melt.

I got this running so far but I would like to expand this modell.

Is it possible to implement the sinking of the non melted material? If the water stream enters the cylinder from the bottom the material which is still solid would sink at some point.

I attached some pictures of the modell.

Thanks in advance! I hope I made my point clear
