hello
I do research on cyclones in the program Fluent. I used a steady time. I defined separation efficiency by the difference of particles trapped and escaped in Reports menu - Discrete Phase - Sample (Fig 1). Now I want to go to the unsteady flow of time, but do not know how to define the separation efficiency in this case. In the Reports menu - Discrete Phase - Sample is the only option to start and stop, it is impossible to calculate the particles that are trapped and which escaped.
Thanks you for any advice
