Pressure Outlet for phase change simulation
I am doing simulation of phase change materal and interested in what is the downstream temperature of air if it is passing over a spherical container containing phase change material.(in a pipe). I am giving exit as pressure outlet and the back flow temperature as the same as the inlet temperature of the fluid/air. Is it correct? or i should give a temp lesser than the inlet( as with time the temp should fall taking the heat from the phase change material) i have tried with two cases( same temp and lesser temp than inlet) but the results shows reverse flow in the exit. also my flow is initially laminar but as it passes over the shell it becomes turbulent, so should i go for turbulence model.
