FFT in 3D analysis

Hi , I've run unsteady flow past a finite cylinder (3d). I want to plot "power spectra density" over "Strouhal number" at a specified height of the cylinder (for example at z=0.2m,while the height of cylinder is 0.5m). is it possible?

what is the default level that fluent use?
is it at midpoint? at the tip or somewhere else? how to change it?

Thank you

Dear Babak can you share your experience to plot power spectra density.

Thank you
