Problem in running fluent 14

Hi, i'm a new user! I'm trying to open a fluent file but the software give me bacjìk this error message: "Unable to execute (null) C:\PROGRA~1\ANSYSI~1\v140\fluent\fluent14.0.0\mult iport\mpi\win64\ms\bin\mpiexec.exe -np 2 -env PATH "C:\PROGRA~1\ANSYSI~1\v140\fluent\ntbin\win64;C:\P ROGRA~1\ANSYSI~1\v140\fluent\fluent14.0.0\multipor t\mpi_wrapper\win64\msmp
" C:\PROGRA~1\ANSYSI~1\v140\fluent\fluent14.0.0\win6 4\2ddp_node\fl_mpi1400.exe -mport 127.0.0.1:127.0.0.1:49666:0 node -mpiw msmpi -pic default
Impossibile trovare il file specificato."
the last sentence is in italian and means "impossible to find the specified file"
can you help me?

It's a very complicated question with lot of possible cause.
,e.g., Mesh Quality,internal storage,CPU,single precision or double,license file,environment variable, serial or parallel.

U can check the software by a simple case (single precision-serial-2D). if not,re-installing the software or resetting the environment variable.

installing the software is also a very important learning process
